Tallkvisten Fastigheter AB is a family-owned company in Boden that manages residential properties, commercial spaces, and company housing. The group also operates Hotel Drottninggatan 11 and restaurant DG11 in central Boden. With a property portfolio of approximately 20 properties and several ongoing projects, we are now seeking additional team members. Are you looking for varied work where no two days are the same? We are now seeking a driven and hands-on carpenter/tradesperson to join our team. The work consists of varied assignments within our properties and operations, including: Carpentry and renovation work Apartment renovations and maintenance Facilities management and rounds Outdoor work and grounds maintenance Service, repair, and maintenance work Other tasks related to the operations We are looking for you if you: Are self-driven and solution-oriented Are hands-on and enjoy varied work tasks Have experience in carpentry and preferably broad knowledge in multiple trades Have a valid B driver's license Are responsible and service-oriented With us you will find varied work in a family-oriented company with short decision-making processes and the opportunity to help develop our properties and operations.
