Read more at www.hofors.se 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, conduct, and evaluate craft instruction in accordance with Lgr22 for grades 3-5. This position is a broad craft teacher role, but the majority of instruction will be conducted in wood and metal crafts. Create a safe, stimulating, and secure working environment in the craft workshop. Assess and grade students' work and collaborate with other colleagues at the school. Working hours are scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays, plus a shorter portion of Friday. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a certified craft teacher with strong competence and experience teaching primarily wood and metal crafts. We are looking for you to guide students in the subject with flexibility and good teamwork skills. Working in teams with the goal of making school time valuable for students in collaboration with colleagues is a requirement. However, you must also independently advance your subject and be able to choose pedagogical approaches for different student groups. That all students reach their goals and are able to be themselves, as well as feel safety and participation, is important to us. You have an interest in creating good relationships with students and guardians as we believe this is a prerequisite for good learning.
