Do you want to be part of starting up Fuxerna Resource School in Lilla Edet? Now you have the opportunity to be involved as we build up Fuxerna Resource School. Together with school leadership and colleagues, you will shape routines, working methods and learning environments that lay the foundation for a safe, stable and high-quality operation characterized by meaningfulness and joy. The school will accept students starting in the fall semester of 2026 and has space for up to 15 students in grades 4–9. About Us Fuxerna Resource School is a facility for students who need a smaller setting, high adult presence, and teaching structured to meet individual needs. We place relationships, safety and structure at the center to create conditions for learning and development. Your Role As a school recreation leader, you are an important adult throughout the students' entire school day. You contribute to safety, structure and motivation – in the classroom, in activities, and in recreational programs before and after school hours. You work closely with teachers, student support services and guardians, and are part of the collaborative work around each student. In your daily work, this means you: are an active support for students throughout the school day create and maintain structure, predictability and safety plan and prepare activities together with colleagues work relationship-building and calmly in interactions with students work closely with teachers, student support services and guardians contribute to ensuring each student has the right conditions based on their needs participate in recreational activities before and after school hours Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to children and young people's development and who believes that all students can succeed when the right conditions are in place. You are confident, stable and have an approach that creates calm and trust. You always keep the student in focus and can adapt to the situation and the student's condition on any given day. Requirements: High school diploma Good knowledge of NPF and experience working with students in need of special support Ability to work with individualized and adapted interventions Good digital skills and use digital tools safely and flexibly in daily work Merits: Education in pedagogy, behavioral science or social work Post-secondary studies or courses in child development, learning or NPF Experience working with children ages F-9 Good group dynamics are important to us. We will therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability.
