We have approximately 50 employees across 14 offices throughout the country and are now seeking three forestry and agricultural property appraisers for our Forestry and Agriculture Department in Jönköping, Dalarna, and Västerbotten Counties. About the Role After an introduction period, you will independently and under your own responsibility work with valuations of forestry and agricultural properties. A significant portion of the assignments consists of valuations of forest-dominated properties as well as encroachment valuations on both forest and agricultural land. The work is varied and involves time at the office, fieldwork, and client interactions. You'll work in a dynamic area where law, economics, and forestry intersect, with clients including banks, government agencies, municipalities, forestry companies, larger estates, and private landowners. You'll be part of our Forestry and Agriculture Group, which currently consists of 12 experienced colleagues with high expertise and strong team spirit. We're Looking for You If You already have some experience in valuation, real estate consulting, brokerage, or similar activities within forestry and agriculture. To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you: Are business-minded, self-driven, and results-oriented Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Have good social skills and a sense of humor Are confident in client interactions and comfortable taking responsibility Communicate well both verbally and in writing Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) Forestry education at university level is required; experience in forestry and agricultural valuations as well as encroachment valuations is advantageous.
