Material Technology in Karlskrona is expanding as the company grows, and we are now seeking shift-based laboratory technicians for a 2-shift operation with on-call responsibilities. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and highly motivated to develop according to established goals. The work requires you to have the ability to follow given instructions and document completed work according to applicable procedures. Structure and attention to detail are qualities that characterize your work, while being disciplined, responsible, and flexible align with your personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you are comfortable managing changes with short notice and enjoy working both in a team and independently. Your tasks will include: • Routine analyses and inspections • Preparing materials and cables for more complex analyses • Supporting logistics work and 5S initiatives within the department • Being part of an on-call team that shares responsibility during nights and weekends We place great importance on your personality.
