About the Position As a damage workshop coordinator, you are an important link between the customer, insurance company, and damage workshop. You are responsible for providing customers with professional service throughout the damage process and ensuring that work flows smoothly from booking to completed repair and handover. You work closely with damage technicians and other administration staff to ensure that we together deliver a world-class customer experience. Who Are You? You are comfortable working with phone and computer as tools, but also have an eye for detail and an interest in vehicles. As you meet customers daily while coordinating and planning the workshop's needs, it is important that you enjoy a fast pace, are stress-resilient, and have a good ability to organize multiple assignments simultaneously. Qualifications You have: High school education Driver's license category B Merits Vehicle technical background Previous experience with CABAS and CAB-Plan Previous experience with similar work Terms The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month initial probationary period.
