About the position You will work according to the claims process which includes customer reception, scheduling appointments, booking rental cars for customers, invoicing, damage inspections, calculating estimates for insurance companies, and vehicle handover. What we are looking for Previous experience in a similar profession You are a very experienced computer user with knowledge of preparing estimates You are structured, organized, and skilled at planning your work You thrive in a fast-paced work environment Class B driver's license You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability Previous experience with Cabas/Cabplan and Kobra is advantageous Other information The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probationary period.
