Pest Control Technician with Contract Focus

BeGone is growing and we are now looking for an experienced and customer-focused pest control technician to strengthen our team. You will be an important part of preventing and controlling pest problems for both private and commercial customers. In this role, the focus is on servicing contract customers but also other customer groups and issue types, which requires good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues. Job Responsibilities – Pest Control Technician with focus on customer service and scheduled visits Experience handling customers with active service contracts Inspection and investigation of pest infestations (rats, mice, insects, birds, etc.). Planning and executing pest control measures in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. Installation and maintenance of traps and other protective measures. Documentation of work performed, report preparation, and customer advice. Collaboration with colleagues to develop effective preventive strategies and reliable operational procedures. Qualifications – Requirements and merits for pest control technician Experience handling customers with multiple facilities Valid professional certificate 1SO, preferably other certifications and licenses such as fall protection and work at height Relevant education in pest control, environmental management, or similar. Experience can compensate for formal education. Experience with fieldwork and pest control methods, and good knowledge of biological and chemical pest control products. Category B driver's license with manual transmission and good driving skills are required. Swedish in spoken and written form is required as the business deals with legal requirements; English is a merit. Problem-solver, detail-oriented, and service-minded with the ability to work independently.
