Welcome to Vadstena Primary Care Center and Marieberg Primary Care Center, which as of April 2025 form a shared operational area. This change aims to create a robust operation that is prepared to meet the demographic challenges we face in the future. The operations currently have approximately 16,000 listed patients together and a workforce of approximately 65 employees. Our Offering Primary Care Center Eastern Gothia consists of 33 region-operated primary care centers, Finspång Care Center, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and on-call centers for evenings and weekends, and a General Medicine Training Center. Please also read about the region's career ladder for nurses and your benefits with us. Job Description We are seeking a nurse or district nurse for our nurse clinic in our organization. There is great variety in the patient base and both urban and rural perspectives. You will work with telephone advice and regular clinic work. Supervision of students is also an important part of the work, as is engagement in the primary care center's development and quality work. It would be especially nice if you are interested in our clinics specializing in diabetes, asthma, COPD, or wound care. We believe you will appreciate working in a team and that you enjoy the variety in our organization with work across two units. About You We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse. District Nurse training or other education or experience in primary care is a merit but not a requirement. Since you will work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You have good collaboration skills, communicate, listen, and solve obstacles constructively. You feel secure in your professional role and find it easy to adapt to new situations and see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You have a positive attitude toward your work and act in accordance with decisions, policies, and guidelines made.
