The facilities currently have approximately 16,000 listed patients and a staff of approximately 65 employees. We also encourage you to read about the region's career path for nurses and your benefits with us. Job Description We are seeking a nurse or district nurse for our nursing clinic in our organization. There is great variety in the patient base and both urban and rural perspectives. You will work with telephone advice and regular clinic work. Student supervision is also an important part of the work, as is involvement in the health center's development and quality activities. It would be especially interesting if you are interested in our clinics focused on diabetes, asthma, COPD, or wound care. We believe you will appreciate working in a team and that you will enjoy the variety in our organization with work across two units. About You We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse. District Nurse education or other education or experience in primary care is a merit but not a requirement. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You have good collaboration skills, communicate, listen, and solve obstacles in a constructive manner. You feel confident in your professional role and adapt easily to new situations, seeing opportunities in change. Furthermore, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You have a positive attitude toward your work and act in accordance with decisions made, policies, and guidelines.
