Description We are looking for two dedicated and competent nurses who want to help shape the future of municipal primary care in our safe and nature-rich Dalsland municipality! About the Role As a nurse with us, you get varied, independent, and meaningful work close to residents' everyday lives. You become a central part of the municipality's home care service and are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up qualified healthcare services in homes, care facilities, and other municipal operations. The work includes, among other things: Assessment, planning, and follow-up of the patient's care needs Medication management and medical treatments Coordination around the patient together with family members, care colleagues, and the team Support to care staff through guidance and skills development Documentation and follow-up according to current guidelines and legislation Who Are You?
