Job Description In your role, you will lead and distribute patient-centered care work and contribute to a positive climate at the workplace. We work in acute teams around the patient based on the individual's needs and resources. An acute team consists of a nursing assistant, a nurse, and a physician with shared patients, work areas, and routines – most things are done together! The emergency department is an operation in constant development, and we are now seeking you with great commitment and innovative thinking who wants to help further develop our work methods to deliver high-quality acute care and contribute to a good work climate where we help each other and enjoy our work! About You You are a licensed nurse, and we would like to see that you have some experience in the profession and an interest in developing your competence in acute care. If you have specialist training, that is an advantage. If you're looking for a job and a context in which to grow and develop as a person and a nurse, perhaps we're what you're looking for. If you are newly educated and wish to continue your studies to become a specialist in acute care, we can provide the conditions for that within the scope of your employment. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. With us, there are opportunities to take courses such as TNCC, ALS, and AMLS. There is also an opportunity to visit related operations that broaden your knowledge and thus contribute to good care at the emergency department in Motala and support your personal professional development. As a new nurse in acute care in Motala, you will have an experienced nurse as a mentor during your first year with us. We are looking for someone with a good ability to meet people where they are in various critical situations. You adapt easily to changed circumstances and can maintain calm and stability in stressful situations. You collaborate well within the team and with other professional groups and are a person who listens, communicates, and resolves conflicts in a constructive manner.
