Falck is now seeking a new star for this exciting combined role, positioned at Falck's locations in Halmstad/Varberg. As a Corporate Nurse/Rehabilitation Coordinator at Falck Health and Working Life, you will work closely with experienced and helpful colleagues such as occupational physicians, corporate nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and others who work collaboratively with our customers and their employees with excellent results. Our customers are represented across all industries, both private and public sectors, large and small operations, which provides interesting variety in your work and you will meet a diverse range of cultures and individuals. You will work with: Health examinations, health advice, and individual action plans Preventive and health-promoting work Vaccinations and blood tests Substance abuse management, drug testing Medical advice Coordinate and collaborate with various actors in the rehabilitation process, both external and within Falck Lead rehabilitation meetings with Falck's customer team and at customer companies to ensure the process moves forward Planning and coordination of rehabilitation plans developed to actively promote return to work Motivational conversations and psychosocial support to individuals in their rehabilitation process We are looking for you who: are at least a licensed nurse, preferably with education as a corporate nurse or district nurse have good IT skills and ability and interest in delivering through digital tools speak and write Swedish and English fluently Meritorious: experience with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's occupational health responsibility, preferably from corporate health or consulting firms experience in project management/coordination and team leadership coordinator training such as KI's coordination efforts, coordinating sick leave and rehabilitation processes To thrive in this role, you are a self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented person who takes proactive responsibility for your customers. Full-time position (100%) with start date by agreement. Working hours weekdays 8-17 (weekends off).
