About the role You are the hub around the residents' health and care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train care staff so that together you give each resident as good a life as possible. In this you work closely with the home's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations. The home consists of 40 residents distributed across four units on two floors. Here work two nurses who are responsible for two units each. The home includes shared outdoor areas and balconies. A large common room is on the ground floor.
