We are looking for you who want to work as an hourly substitute during daytime, Monday-Sunday. About the role You are at the center of the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train the care staff so that together you give each resident as good a life as possible. In this you work closely with the residential facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in the daily work. Getting to know the residents Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical condition is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions. About Villa Kristineberg Villa Kristineberg is a modern elderly care facility with 60 beds with dementia and somatic focus. The facility is state-of-the-art and has a beautiful garden and balconies. Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed nurse and we would like you to have worked several years in elderly care. Our residents are often multichronic and it requires that you have both broad knowledge about various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in aging people. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
