About the role You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. Regularly, you conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this work, you work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations. We have 72 bright and modern apartments distributed over 5 floors. Our places are for people who are 50 years and older. Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed nurse and we would like to see that you have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents often have multiple conditions and this requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
