About Viljan - Broarp HVB Broarp HVB in Eksjö is a residential facility for boys experiencing difficulties caused by neuropsychiatric disabilities and psychosocial challenges. We do not work with youth with substance abuse or criminal issues. Our facility accommodates 18 boys aged 12-23, distributed across three separate units. The facility also includes a specialized residence - Slussen - where we can admit both girls and boys for assessment purposes. Our strength lies in our holistic approach – our school and residential programs work closely together, and we maintain close contact with both guardians and social services. Together, we create a stable foundation for each young person to develop at their own pace and build confidence in their future. Our core principles of individualization, participation, structure, and predictability create a safe and meaningful daily life for those who live with us. About the Registered Nurse Role We are seeking a registered nurse with professional experience and an interest in treatment work. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing care tasks to care staff, and you are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those living with us. In our residences, you will have varied work where you both work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents and make assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks. As a nurse at Viljan, you are valued and your expertise is highly appreciated. Main responsibilities: Overall responsibility for nursing and healthcare Contact with various healthcare providers Close collaboration with the residence's consulting physician and psychologist Responsibility for ensuring all young people receive their prescribed medications and follow-up Training for staff, such as delegation Participation in external audits Documentation in Epsilon The work will be located in Eksjö at Broarp. Qualifications You are relationship-oriented and have excellent ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in an attentive way, and you enjoy cooperating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individuals' needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
