About Us Norra vram is located outside Bjuv in the small community of Billesholm. Despite its rural location, it is close to Helsingborg and Ängelholm. Norra vram is an exciting facility with 45 places divided among different care types. We offer dementia care, somatic elder care, and psychiatric care services. Your Responsibilities In your role as a nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up on, and evaluating nursing interventions. You are also an important part of the facility's and your colleagues' professional development, as you will educate and mentor nursing staff as needed. You will have an active role in management, working closely with the facility manager who leads and develops the operations. You will also be part of the facility's management team and network of nurses within Humana. You will primarily work with: Independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions Managing and following up on documentation and incident reports Admitting and discharging patients Participating in new client move-ins and being responsible for delegating health and care tasks About the Position Working Hours and Full-time Status: Daytime, 100% Employment Type: Permanent position, with a six-month probation period Salary: Salary by agreement and other compensation according to the collective agreement Start Date: By agreement Who Are You?
