Vittsjö Health Center is Skåne's smallest public health center, and is a small, stable rural health center in northern Skåne with 3,000 registered patients. The unit currently consists of 12 employees, and we strive to offer our patients care with continuity, and work in team collaboration through daily joint assessment rounds. We have specialists in general medicine, resident physicians, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. We also have good collaboration with our rehabilitation staff, which consists of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social worker, and dietitian, and who have their physical workplaces in Hässleholm. Vittsjö is easily accessible by public transport, and the health center is located a couple of minutes' walk from the station. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS With us, you will be offered varied and developing work where you meet patients with different care needs. Work tasks include, among other things, your own clinic hours, telephone advice, triage, and patient assessment. We continuously work to develop our operations and therefore see that you want to participate in improvement work and contribute with your knowledge and experience. There are also good opportunities to develop and deepen your competence based on the unit's needs and your interests. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed registered nurse or district nurse with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We consider it a merit if you have experience working in primary care. As a person, you enjoy variation in your work and you put your patients in focus and have the ability to quickly adapt when the situation requires it. This is because the workload can vary greatly. Furthermore, it is of great importance that you can work independently while valuing good collaboration with your colleagues at the health center.
