The facility also has an occupational therapist once a week, and we have close collaboration with a dietitian linked to the operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking an engaged nurse who wants to become a key person at our healthcare center. With us, you get a varied workday where one part involves acute and advisory meetings where you assess, provide advice, and direct patients to the right level of care via phone or through our digital channels. The other part involves long-term health promotion work. Together with an experienced colleague, you will have the exciting assignment of building, developing, and running our new hypertension clinic. You will have your own clinic where you perform blood pressure checks and work with lifestyle counseling and follow-up. In the long term, there are also great opportunities to start various health promotion groups, for example in lifestyle or stress management. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. We see it as an asset if you have a few years of experience working at a healthcare center or in acute care, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of the PMO patient record system. As the role involves building a new structure, we see that you are confident in your profession, take initiative, and enjoy close collaboration with colleagues. Further education as a district nurse or training in cardiology or hypertension is a merit, but your commitment and personal suitability carry the greatest weight.
