About the role You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train the care staff so that together you give each resident the best possible life. Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed nurse and we would like to see that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-ill and this requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge about various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
