We are seeking a committed and confident nurse for social psychiatry in Sundsvall. Your new workplace As a nurse in social psychiatry, you will work at one of our five residential facilities. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team together with nursing assistants and a unit manager, and when needed, an occupational therapist and physiotherapist will be involved. How you contribute in the role of nurse The position includes the following tasks: Responsibility for health and medical care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act. Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on care measures. Medication management and medical assessments. Collaboration with physicians, psychiatry, and other care providers. Supervision, delegation, and support to nursing staff. Documentation in accordance with applicable legislation. Currently, work is scheduled during daytime, Monday-Friday without weekend work. Some weekend work may be needed in the future. Your competence and experience We are looking for you if you: Are a licensed nurse with several years of experience Have experience or interest in psychiatry Are confident in your professional role and can work independently Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work climate Have a genuine commitment to the target group Merits: Advanced training in psychiatry Lifecare Work experience in psychiatry, open or closed care Requirements: Licensed Nurse Driver's license (manual transmission) We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
