You will primarily work with care personnel, registered nurses, an occupational therapist, and a physiotherapist. The residence has 42 apartments, and you and your colleague share the care responsibility for the residents. The most common systems we use are Take Care, Pascal, Lifecare, and Ace To Go. Work shifts are currently scheduled during daytime with weekend duty every sixth weekend. Your work tasks include: Performing medical assessments. Rounding with physicians. Medication management. Guidance to staff members on various care matters. Delegating tasks to care personnel. Working in teams with other professionals. About You For this position you need: Be a licensed registered nurse. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Have a driver's license and driving experience. Some residents here speak Finnish fully or partially. Therefore, Finnish language skills are advantageous.
