Your Responsibilities As a registered nurse with us, you play a central role in ensuring safe, secure, and person-centered care. You are responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and follow-up of nursing and medical interventions, always with the patient's needs and resources in focus. The work is independent and varied, with many points of contact and close collaboration with care staff, physicians, rehabilitation teams, and other professionals. You lead and coordinate nursing care together with the patient, next of kin, and the team around the patient, while your role as the primary nurse involves long-term responsibility for patients with complex care needs. For specialist nurses, an expanded health promotion responsibility is included. Your Qualifications We are seeking a licensed registered nurse with experience in elderly care, primary care, or hospital care. You are social, collaborative, and have good adaptability to varying tasks and work environments. Further education in geriatrics, open healthcare, or mental health in the elderly is advantageous. Prescribing rights for medications is also seen as an advantage. You should have good computer skills, and experience documenting in digital systems via mobile and computer is a plus. It is crucial that you are social, attentive, and independent, with the ability to create a sense of security for our patients. We also value a reflective working approach and solution-oriented mindset. A valid driver's license for manual transmission cars is a requirement for the position.
