Job Responsibilities As a registered nurse in home care services, you are responsible for: Medical assessments in the patient's home Medication management and follow-up Scheduled and emergency home visits Telephone counseling and collaboration with other healthcare providers Documentation and care planning Qualifications Requirements Licensed registered nurse At least 2–3 years of experience as a registered nurse Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish Special Requirements Licensed registered nurse Know your profession and work independently Possess a valid Class B driver's license Meritorious Experience in home care services Experience in municipal healthcare Ability to work independently and make quick decisions Who Are You?
