It is advantageous if you have specialist training in emergency care, district nursing, anesthesia, intensive care (ICU), or ambulance services. We also view it positively if you have knowledge of the Cosmic medical records system and previous experience from similar operations, care units, or home healthcare. Great importance is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you have good problem-solving abilities and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You find it easy to collaborate, as you value and see the benefits of working together with others. Furthermore, you have good empathetic abilities and can understand others' perspectives and situations without absorbing their emotions. What you will be working with As a nurse at the emergency department, you will be gradually introduced to the various functions within the operation. Through this, you will have the opportunity to broaden your competence and experience great variety in your work. You will meet patients with everything from minor complaints to acute conditions – from newborns to elderly people. The work takes place in a team together with experienced and dedicated colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge and experience. At the emergency department, we value ideas for improvement and actively work on development – both for the patient's benefit and for the quality of our operations. What we offer you - If you have further education and experience from another operation, we offer you the opportunity to maintain your competence through annual recurring placement within that area of activity - Structured onboarding lasting at least four weeks, depending on your previous experience.
