About the Assignment As a nurse in home healthcare, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions for patients in their own homes. Your tasks include: Medical assessments and nursing care interventions Medication management Scheduled and emergency home visits Telephone advice Coordination with doctors, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare providers Documentation in the Combine patient record system You work independently with great personal responsibility while being part of an experienced and supportive team. We are Looking for You Requirements: Are a registered nurse or district nurse Have at least 3 years of professional experience Have a B driver's license Have access to your own car for travel to and from the workplace Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: Experience in home healthcare Experience in municipal health and medical care Experience with the Combine patient record system Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role, responsible, and solution-oriented.
