There are also good connections to places like Uppsala. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the team and in developing the care we offer. You are responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating nursing, health and care services for patients with varying medical conditions. You will have a wide range of work including everything from wound dressing changes, injections, specimen collection, palliative care, medication management and more. You collaborate closely with patients and their families with a focus on a health-promoting and consultative approach. Together with other nurses, you are responsible for guiding, delegating to and supporting nursing staff. Home care services consist of nursing in assisted living, ordinary housing, short-term units and LSS. Our operations are characterized by good cohesion within the staff, high quality care and family-like relationships between employees and service users. You will work independently, but also be part of a good community with good leadership and professional development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you also have specialist training or experience in home care or dementia, we see that as a great advantage, but it is not a requirement. You express yourself easily in speech and writing in Swedish and you have good computer skills for documentation. A driver's license is required. It is also an asset if you have experience with the Viva journal system. Do you enjoy working independently with many opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in the care team? Then your ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a responsible way to keep our various services well coordinated will be useful.
