Since you will work as the sole nurse when working nights, it is important that you take your own initiative and that you have the courage to make decisions and follow your convictions. You also need to be able to collaborate well with others and delegate work tasks as needed. Therefore, it is important that you communicate clearly and ensure that your message gets across. It is also important that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Sometimes you have multiple processes running simultaneously, and then you need to be able to balance them well.
