Nursing Consultant Needed for Psychiatric Ward Fall Assignment Are you a nurse with experience in psychiatry looking for an assignment where you get to work close to patients in a safe and professional care environment? We are now seeking nurses for an assignment in psychiatric 24-hour care during fall 2026. About the Assignment You will work on a general psychiatric care ward with a focus on 24-hour care and psychiatric nursing. The operation works with a patient-centered approach where safety, structure, and collaboration are central parts of care. Your responsibilities include: Psychiatric nursing care Medication management Patient observation and assessment Conversations and support for patients and relatives Documentation and care planning Collaboration with physicians and other professionals You will work in a multidisciplinary team where communication and collaboration are important parts of daily work. Working Hours & Orientation Work follows a schedule with day, evening, and night shifts. Orientation will be planned before the assignment starts to ensure safety and good conditions in the operation. Period & Scope Period: Week 36–44 Scope: approximately 307 hours Working hours according to schedule We are Looking for You Are a licensed nurse Have experience in psychiatric care Are confident in independent assessments and nursing work Have good collaboration skills and professional demeanor Enjoy working in an operation where patient contact and continuity are important Meriting: Specialist education in psychiatric care Experience in 24-hour care Experience with Cosmic Requirements Before Presentation The following documents need to be available before presentation: Updated CV Adult CPR certification Two current references from recent assignments or employments What VårdIX Offers At VårdIX, we work with transparent communication, clear terms, and close contact throughout the assignment.
