You will work with assessments, planning, and implementation of health and care services within municipal primary care. You will also delegate, mentor, and train staff, as well as work closely with unit managers, physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues. Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, and weekend shifts. We have close cooperation with coordinating health care in the Västra Götaland Region, which may involve assignments from 1177 and care services while awaiting ambulance. This gives you a unique opportunity to develop and broaden your competence. Qualifications: Requirements: You are a registered nurse and have a valid driver's license category B. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, which is important for effective communication with patients and colleagues. Meritorious: Specialist education: We would appreciate it if you have further education in dementia, district nursing, elderly care, or psychiatry. Your expertise is valuable to us! Experience: Have you worked in municipal primary care before? Wonderful! It would be a great advantage if you also have mentor training.
