We are responsible for the municipality's care for individuals and families, elderly, people with disabilities, municipal healthcare and nursing services, as well as employment, integration, and adult education. WORK TASKS The municipal primary healthcare assignment is to provide healthcare services in the patient's own home. We care for patients in both ordinary and special housing as well as within LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We offer stimulating and varied work with good camaraderie in the work group. In your role as a nurse, you are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on healthcare services. You handle medication, specific nursing care, and documentation. Your day-to-day work is varied and involves close collaboration with colleagues and family members. You will, among other things: • Assess and plan care measures based on the patient's needs • Implement and follow up on treatments and medication management • Guide, delegate, and train nursing staff • Provide advice and support to patients and family members • Contribute to good teamwork and a safe care environment Healthcare work within the municipality is broad and varied, where no two days are the same. You work closely with nursing staff, other licensed professionals, and various actors from the region. You have great opportunity for a flexible workday as you can manage and plan your own tasks. You see the whole picture in patients' medical care and make prioritizations based on current needs. QUALIFICATIONS • Swedish license as a nurse • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing • Category B driving license and experience driving a car As a nurse, you are confident in yourself and have good self-awareness. You take responsibility for your work tasks in an independent and structured manner and enjoy having your own areas of responsibility. Being attentive and accommodating in your conduct, both toward colleagues, patients, and others, is something you take for granted. You are clear in your communication and have the ability to ensure that information is conveyed. Furthermore, you easily adapt to changes and promote a good work environment.
