The Office of Recreation and Culture is responsible for Knivsta Municipality's activities within Music School, Library, Youth Activities, General Culture, General Recreation, and Sports and Recreation Facilities. Job Duties In your role as a swimming pool and sports hall staff member, you are a key person for safety, service, and good customer care at the facility. You welcome visitors, handle cash and bookings, perform light cleaning and maintenance, and lead activities such as swimming instruction, group training, and gym introductions. You support events and are particularly important for developing our swimming instruction for both children and adults, and contributing to increased water familiarity. About Us Health House aims to strengthen public health through a wide range of activities. As of fall, the team consists of eight permanent employees and a large group of part-time swimming instructors and trainers. You will report to the Head of Sports and Recreation Facilities. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications We are looking for you with upper secondary education and at least three years of experience working in swimming instruction. Flexibility is important as working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts according to schedule. You must be able to provide a criminal record certificate and speak fluent Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is a merit if you have experience in other training such as group training or gym instruction. Who Are You?
