We are now seeking dedicated service staff on a full-time basis. The Company Åkerblads Gästgiveri, Hotell & SPA is a family-owned business that has been in the family's hands since the 1400s. Today, the 19th-22nd generation of the Åkerblad family works with a strong team to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in the scenic and well-renowned TÄLLBERG in Dalarna. For over 100 years, this location has been a destination for celebrities, royalty, and those seeking peace and harmony. Åkerblads Gästgiveri, Hotell & SPA comprises 73 unique and personally furnished guest rooms and a restaurant offering locally produced ingredients of high standard and quality for both weekend and conference guests. The hotel is currently classified with four stars and is focused on continuous improvement, with quality as one of its cornerstones. Our latest addition to the company is the Spa department, where we offer 3 therapy rooms, 1 couple treatment room, hydrotherapy bath, and a spa suite with its own bubble pool and sauna. The Spa department's water experience welcomes guests with a completely new pool area with indoor and outdoor bathing, year-round. The SPA concept also includes a fully equipped gym, sauna, relaxation areas, product shop, and pool bar. About the Role As part of our service team, you ensure that every guest receives a professional, warm, and personal experience. You work with everything from à la carte service to conference meals and lunch service. The role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a passion for service. Responsibilities · Serving food and beverages in the Restaurant · Participating in service preparations (table setting, mise en place) · Providing professional food and beverage recommendations · Ensuring high service standards and excellent hospitality · Collaboration with kitchen and other hotel staff · Contributing to order and quality in the dining room We Are Looking for Someone Who · Has experience in service, preferably in a high-standard hotel or restaurant · Is service-oriented, positive, and responsible · Has good collaboration skills and is flexible · Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is stress-resilient · Speaks Swedish and English · Has experience with à la carte service We Offer · An exclusive and inspiring work environment · An exciting challenge and stimulating work in one of Dalarna's most visited hotels · An international workplace with a vibrant culture and great diversity among both colleagues and guests · Permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period.
