L'Amice as a concept is an Italian restaurant with high ambitions for service, food and beverages in a relaxed and refined setting, striving to create the feeling that as a guest you "are in Naples for a moment". An inviting and timeless atmosphere combined with a menu of popular classics are the main ingredients of this restaurant chain. The combination of classic Neapolitan pizzas and the embodiment of a "somewhat worn and authentic, yet charming Italy" takes us to a place that represents exactly this. Pizza is in focus, but the menu is composed with all the classic Italian elements such as pasta, risotto and carefully selected cuts of meat. To this we add a carefully curated wine and drink list with beverages we have searched for far and wide to bring here. A place where life is extra passionate and dramatic, where it smells and tastes much more, and there is a loud but professional and relaxed atmosphere. Basic training and introduction will be provided, but as someone working with us you should have a personal interest in wanting to learn the concept's guidelines. If you want to work as a server and maître d'hôtel with us, you should have at least 2 years of documented experience in the field. You should have worked with à la carte service and table service of guests, serving classic three-course meals with various appetizers, serving wine and other beverages. You need to be flexible regarding your work area, as our menu is extensive and includes elements of classic Italian drinking culture as well as international selections of wines, cocktails and beers, etc. The menu is served in courses or just a simple pizza, classic dishes from Antipasti starters and charcuterie/cheeses, pasta, salad, secondi main courses and desserts. Pizza is served as part of the à la carte menu. The work is based in the dining room and at the bar of our restaurant, and your schedule can vary depending on day and evening shifts based on the needs of your restaurant. Guest management, service quality, and upselling and recommendations are a natural part of every employee's area of expertise. We welcome your application. Selection is ongoing.
