Job Description Service Technician - Home Appliances We have an increasing number of assignments and are urgently seeking an experienced service technician to strengthen our team. As a service technician, you will primarily work with service and maintenance of home appliances. You will be the one representing Söderkyl on-site at our customers' locations. About the Job As a service technician at Söderkyl, you work with service and maintenance. To work as a technician with us, we believe it is important that you enjoy technical work and are a creative problem solver. Your role as a technician at Söderkyl also includes: Troubleshooting using electrical schematics, descriptions and/or instructions to carry out various assignments. Maintaining good and continuous communication with other service technicians, supervisors, and our customers. Planning service assignments together with the supervisor. Ordering spare parts from designated suppliers. Cross-selling by identifying opportunities and making suggestions for improvements during your customer assignments. Your Competencies Secondary education in electrical work or equivalent knowledge. Experience working independently with daily customer contact. Driver's license (Category B) Personal Qualities · As a person, you are service-minded and a creative problem solver. · You are a strong team player who contributes to creating a good atmosphere among both colleagues and customers. · You are outgoing and enjoy meeting both returning and new people. · You find it easy to understand and carry out assignments based on both verbal and written instructions.
