About the role We are seeking an engaged and technically skilled service technician for our Radioshuttle department. Radioshuttle is our automated system for warehouse management. In the role as service technician, you will work practically with mechanics, electrical systems, and automation. Responsibilities: Perform service and repairs, both internally and at customer sites. Troubleshooting machinery. Participate in warranty cases and follow up on these. Work with customer support. Assist in machine assembly and during commissioning and technical improvement projects. Contribute to service documentation. We believe that you: Have several years of experience from technical work within industry, automation, or similar. Have knowledge within mechanics and electrical/automation. Are service-oriented, thorough, and enjoy many points of contact – both internally and externally. Appreciate having a local base but are open to traveling when needed. Master English in speech and writing and have good computer skills.
