About the Position OH Teknik is seeking a service technician for a central role in our initiative on service, installation, and customer support. The position combines practical workshop work with field work at customer locations throughout Sweden. You will be an important part of performing service and installation work as well as contributing to the development of structure, working methods, and our service organization. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to advance to a leading role. The work offers great variety, independence, and travel, with much of your time spent working at customer sites. Job Description You will work both practically and with a development focus on installation, service, and customer support. The work involves: - Performing installation in the workshop and at customer locations - Installing and commissioning technical equipment in lubrication pits, workshops, and depots - Working with service, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment - Troubleshooting and solving problems on-site at customer locations - Contributing to operational reliability and high customer satisfaction - Participating in the development of the service organization, structure, and working methods - Building and developing long-term customer relationships The work takes place throughout Sweden and involves frequent travel and overnight stays. We Are Looking For Someone Who - Has technical education or equivalent experience in mechanics, installation, or workshop work - Has experience with service and installation work - Is practically minded and enjoys problem-solving - Holds a B-class driver's license and can speak/read/write Swedish Meritorious: - Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems - Experience with troubleshooting and technical customer service - Previous responsibility or supervisory experience As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-directed, and responsible. You thrive with the variety between practical work and customer interaction, have a high quality mindset, and want to develop together with the company.
