About the Position OH Teknik is seeking a service technician for a central role in our service, installation, and customer support initiative. The position combines practical workshop work with field work at customer sites throughout Sweden. You will be an important part of performing service and installation work while contributing to the development of our service organization's structure, processes, and methods. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for growth toward a leadership role. The work offers great variety, independence, and travel, with most of your time spent at customer locations. Job Description You will work both practically and developmentally with installation, service, and customer support. The work involves: - Performing installation work in the workshop and at customer sites - Installing and commissioning technical equipment in lubrication pits, workshops, and depots - Working with service, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment - Troubleshooting and solving problems on-site at customer locations - Contributing to operational reliability and high customer satisfaction - Participating in the development of our service organization, structure, and processes - Building and developing long-term customer relationships The work takes place throughout Sweden and involves frequent travel and overnight stays. We Are Looking for You If You - Have technical education or equivalent experience in mechanics, installation, or workshop work - Have experience with service and installation work - Are practically minded and enjoy problem-solving - Have a B driving license and can speak/read/write Swedish Meritorious: - Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems - Experience with troubleshooting and technical customer service - Previous responsibility or supervisory experience As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and take responsibility. You thrive with the variety between practical work and customer contact, have a strong quality mindset, and want to develop together with the company.
