Kylslaget has been working with air-source heat pumps since 2007 and is today an established player in climate-smart solutions for individuals and businesses. We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for an engaged and driven service technician who wants to help develop our customer experience. About the role As a service technician at Kylslaget, you will be a key person in our team. You will be responsible for: Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air-source heat pumps at our customers' locations Working independently in the field, with the reassurance of always having a team that supports you Solving problems on-site and ensuring the best possible customer experience Handling a fast pace and being flexible for a few trips with overnight stays each month The position is based at our headquarters in Vallentuna, but work is mainly performed at customer locations throughout the region. The employment is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Work hours are full-time, daytime, Monday to Friday, and salary is provided as a fixed monthly salary by agreement.
