Service Advisor at BYD

BYD – Build Your Dreams – is now establishing its first full-scale service facility in Sweden. We are seeking a service advisor who wants to be part of the start-up and contribute to building a modern and customer-focused workshop. Job Responsibilities As a service advisor, you are responsible for customer reception, planning, and administration of workshop operations. Your role includes: • Greeting customers in person and over the phone • Booking work and creating work orders • Planning workshop capacity together with mechanics • Handling warranty claims and spare parts orders • Informing customers about the scope of work, pricing, and delivery time • Handing over vehicles and reviewing completed work with customers • Processing payments and other administrative tasks • Contributing to establishing routines and working methods in a new operation Qualifications Requirements: • Experience in customer service or administrative work • Good computer skills • Swedish and English proficiency, spoken and written Desirable: • Experience from the automotive industry • Experience with booking systems or workshop administration Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and confident in customer interaction.
