Service Advisor

Description:

We are an authorized repair and collision shop for VW, SKODA, and SEAT, as well as a general automotive workshop. Currently, we have 11 employees. To work as a Service Advisor, you need to have knowledge about cars, ideally with training as a service technician or equivalent education that we consider comparable. As a Service Advisor with us, you are the face of the company and the hub of operations. You receive our customers, guide them through their service process, and provide support and guidance. A major part of your work is always making customers feel welcome and ensuring they leave with a positive experience from their visit with us. Your main responsibilities include digitally building service and repair orders in our systems, scheduling customer vehicles in the workshop, receiving and handing over vehicles, pricing jobs, and calling customers with quotes. Warranty handling is also included. The computer and its systems are your primary work tools, along with the phone. We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with extensive customer contact. You are comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously and you are solution-oriented. If you are a cheerful, positive, and sociable person, you will be a great fit with us!
