You are responsible for creating a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the entire process – from booking to completed work. You work closely with the workshop manager, technicians, and other colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: Handling of warranty claims and contact with the general agent Booking and scheduling of service and repairs Handling of insurance claims with insurance companies Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices Administration of service agreements and other administrative tasks We are looking for someone with documented experience as a service advisor or customer service representative in the automotive industry, preferably with experience in warranty handling and insurance matters. You are organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused. You thrive in a role where you can combine administration with customer interaction and have a natural ability to build trustful relationships. We would appreciate it if you have: Experience working as a service advisor in the automotive industry Documented experience in warranty handling Strong administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Class B driver's license It's a plus if you have experience with the KOBRA and CABAS systems With us, you'll get varied and responsible work in a stable and well-established company.
