We work with licensed pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical shortages, extemporaneous preparations, and individualized medicines. Over the past few years, we have built several innovative business areas within pharmaceutical supply, digital health, and personalized pharmaceutical treatment. We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager & Business Development Manager who wants to work close to company leadership and drive some of our most important strategic initiatives. About the Role This is a broad and varied role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where the pace is fast, decision-making paths are short, and opportunities are great. You will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for driving, coordinating, and monitoring multiple projects and development initiatives within the company. The role suits you if you enjoy creating structure, moving projects forward, and ensuring that ideas are turned into reality. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate strategic development projects • Monitor activities, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders • Identify and resolve bottlenecks that risk slowing down projects • Participate in business development and growth initiatives • Prepare decision-making materials, analyses, and presentations • Contribute to development of processes, working methods, and business management • Support management on operational and strategic matters Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and accustomed to taking responsibility. You have the ability to manage many projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail and enjoy working in a rapidly developing organization. This is a full-time position based at our office in Sollentuna. Remote work is not part of this position.
