This is a role for you who today work as a traffic management consultant, traffic engineer, or senior project manager and want to combine technical expertise, business understanding, and delivery in a growing organization. About the Role As senior project manager, you are responsible for driving and enabling larger and more complex projects – from early dialogue to completed delivery. The role is both operational and strategic, where your expertise in traffic management plans and CAD is crucial for us to develop more complex business opportunities. You are a support to both clients, colleagues, and the organization in more advanced projects and actively contribute to developing our offering. Your Responsibilities Drive projects from start to completion, with focus on complex assignments Create and review advanced traffic management plans in CAD Ensure quality in design, permitting, and implementation Act as an advisor to clients on technical and strategic matters Support the organization in larger procurements and projects Contribute to developing work methods, competence, and our offering Who We're Looking For We are seeking you with solid experience in traffic management, design, or traffic planning who wants to take a leading role in complex projects. We believe you have: Several years of experience with traffic management plans and permit processes Very strong CAD skills Experience with larger and more complex infrastructure or construction projects Background as a traffic management consultant, traffic engineer, or senior project manager Good understanding of regulations and requirements from municipalities and the Swedish Transport Administration Driver's license (category B) As a person, you are Confident and self-directed in your expertise Solution-oriented and quality-conscious Business-minded with a good overall perspective A natural knowledge carrier who enjoys supporting others What We Offer With us, you get a central role in a rapidly growing company where your expertise makes a direct difference.
