Töreboda and Gullspångs municipalities are now seeking a senior project manager who wants to take responsibility for complex projects, primarily within property but also infrastructure. About the position As a senior project manager, you will have a central role in the municipalities' technical operations, which are shared. You lead and drive projects from the early stages to completed facility, with a focus on: Property projects - new construction, reconstruction and renovation of municipal properties/facilities Road/Water and sewage projects - planning, design and implementation of investments in the municipality's infrastructure Design and estimation - you contribute with technical expertise in the early stages and ensure realistic cost assessments You work closely with colleagues in both municipalities and become an important part of a collaboration-focused team where short decision-making paths and significant influence are everyday. Your responsibilities Lead and coordinate projects within property, roads and water/sewage Establish and monitor schedules, budgets and quality requirements Prepare and/or review design documentation Conduct estimates and cost assessments Manage procurements and contact with contractors Contribute to the development of working methods and procedures within the technical area We are looking for you who Are confident and experienced and enjoy a broad role where you can combine structure, collaboration and problem-solving. Have the ability to create structure, drive work forward and manage multiple projects in parallel. Have good understanding within property and/or Road/Water and sewage Have relevant higher education or equivalent experience Have experience with design and estimation Are confident in the role as client and accustomed to working with contractors Have experience with procurement and construction law Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have a B driver's license; travel between the municipalities is part of the position We offer A broad and developing role with great opportunity to influence community development.
