Senior CNC Technician / CNC Operator

We are now seeking a CNC Operator/CNC Technician for an exciting assignment at Arcos in Sävsjö! The company is in an expansive phase and works on advanced CNC projects for customers throughout Sweden. At Arcos, you will become part of an engaged team where development, technology, and precision are in focus. About the Role As a CNC Operator/CNC Technician at Arcos, after an introductory period, you will work independently setting up and running CNC machines in the company's machining hall. You will primarily work with ISO programming in control systems such as Fanuc, Okuma, and Heidenhain. The role includes managing the entire production flow – from programming to finished component – and you are responsible for the quality of the parts you manufacture. You also serve as a resource for other operators and assist with programming and machine setup questions. Duties and Responsibilities: Independently set up and run CNC machines Program machines according to drawings Work primarily with mild steel and stainless steel Support colleagues as needed We Are Looking for You To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are organized, meticulous, and technically interested.
