Then you get a bonus of 5,000 kr! Job Responsibilities Work within our various activity areas differs. As a summer substitute with us, you will meet people with different support and care needs. Common to all activities is that work is based on the individual's needs with a focus on meeting each person with respect. Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts, and at certain units sleeping on-call/awake nights. Our areas within the Social Welfare Sector are: Functional Support Home Support Specialized Housing Who Are You? We are looking for you who want a meaningful summer substitute/hourly position and want to work with people who need you. You who apply to us may have both previous experience in care or be completely new to the field. Experience and education in the field are meriting but not required. If you have completed or ongoing studies, these grades/diplomas must be attached to your application. To our activities, you who apply must be 18 years old. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You must have the right to work in Sweden. Since we work with people, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other Information Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts. Certain units also have night and 24-hour shifts. To work within certain activities, a B driver's license is required. To work within certain activities, cycling experience is required. To work with us, you must present an extract from the criminal record register. Depending on which area you are to work in, you will receive further information about which criminal record register is required. Criminal Record Register Before offering employment, you as a candidate are required to present an extract from the criminal record register for work in any of the following work areas; school or preschool, work with children in activities other than school and childcare, work with children according to LSS, work at or in connection with HVB homes, work with elderly or people with disabilities.
