About the Position As a nurse with us, you will work with specialized palliative care at the end of life. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where collaboration, competence, and compassion are fundamental to our work. Your responsibilities will include: Nursing care for patients and their families Symptom management and medical assessments Medication management Collaboration with physicians, nursing assistants, and other professionals Documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines We are Looking for You if You Are a licensed nurse Have solid clinical experience, preferably in palliative care, geriatrics, oncology, or home health care Are confident in your professional role and have good collaboration skills Have a professional and respectful approach to patients and their families Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written We Offer Meaningful and developmental work Experienced and supportive colleagues Individual orientation Work in a calm and nature-oriented environment The opportunity to contribute to care focused on quality, dignity, and compassion Type of Employment Summer substitute position during weeks 29–32.
