THE ROLE As a cook or sous chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that prep work is done, and that the food delivered is of the highest quality. We add staff responsibility and leading daily operations, ability to order supplies digitally, and responsibility for food being served according to guest expectations. You can also serve as a stand-in during the head chef's absence.
